Basic Application Usage

Selecting a Model

After logging into Applied BioMath Assess, you are presented the list of models included in your subscription. Each model includes a title, short description, and an image of the drug being modeled. A more detailed model description can be seen by expanding items in the list.

Your most recently used model will be highlighted at the top of the list of models. You can filter the list of models by typing a keyword or phrase in the search bar above the list.

Clicking on a model in the list will bring you to the scenarios page for that model.

The Scenarios Page

The scenarios page is the primary interface to early feasibility assessment calculations performed with Applied BioMath Assess.
