Drug to Antibody Ratio
Drug to antibody ratio, \(DAR\), is the number of payload molecules conjugated on average to antibody backbone. In the model, it is used to determine how many molecules of payload are released via deconjugation.
Drug to Antibody Ratio in Assess
Drug to antibody ratios are determined experimentally following payload conjugation. The typical range for \(DAR\) is 1-8.
