Early Dose Projections of a HER2 Targeting Antibody

Applied BioMath Assess enables early human dose predictions from literature data. This case study estimates the dose of an anti-HER2 antibody. It describes data requirements for Applied BioMath Assess and a bottom up calculation for HER2 target burden. After generating a nominal parameterization, the case study explores the impact of disease burden, and soluble HER2 concentration on the predicted antibody dose through a set of rapid "what if" scenarios.
